Why should you view this course?

Flourishing shale gas, high oil prices, companies mandating use of renewably sourced materials, and government legislations are hugely driving bioplastics innovations. The production of biodegradable plastics is expected to increase to 1.33 million tons in 2024, with growing use in packaging, electronics, automotive, agriculture, textiles, and more.

Additionally, major companies (Arkema, Braskem, Evonik...) aiming to develop sustainable products and better designs are driving innovations in bioplastics at a faster pace. Avoid wasting time and resources spotting high-ROI opportunities by joining the live course.

  1. Save time with a synthetic & neutral overview of the latest innovations for more sustainable and higher performance bioplastics (PEF, bio-PP, PLA, PBS, PHA, algae-based, bio-PET...).

  2. Speed up your future R&D decisions with a clearer view of future trends (material requirements, technology adoption, and unmet needs).

  3. See how others in the bioplastics field are acting on the latest challenges: alternative feedstock, fillers & additives, 3D printable bioplastics, biocomposites, durable automotive parts...
