Why should you view this course?

Offering the right drying time, for any application, is a key competitive advantage. Imagine an adhesive, which would not deliver its intended strength because of bad weather or cold temperature… or a coating that would dry up in twice the time of others. How would that sound? Yes, pretty bad!

A common practice of the past was to add co-solvent, but it increases the VOC level… We have something better to share with you! Join this course and you will:

  1. Review mechanisms driving emulsion drying processes and parameters affecting performance properties (drying rate, coating quality, wetting, adhesion, shear...).

  2. Stay in the game by learning best strategies to control drying time through formulation (for faster drying or slower drying, depending on your application characteristics).

  3. Get advice on your own technical challenges by interacting live with our expert Edward Petrie ( >35 years of experience).
