Jen Novakovich is a cosmetic formulator and science communicator, and the director of The Eco Well, a science communication platform and formulation development consultancy launched in 2016. Jen holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, a diploma in cosmetic chemistry, and a Master of Science in environmental science. Since the inception of The Eco Well, she has interviewed hundreds of scientists from diverse fields for her podcast and has launched several large-scale science communication conferences, including the Green Beauty Night series. Jen is also the former executive director of The Eco Market, a Canadian environmental organization.
